HOW IT WORKS

After the Gift Card is purchased, a unique Gift Card code is issued electronically.

The Gift Card may be used by the person in possession of the valid Gift Card code. To redeem it, simply shop at The Gears Clock online store, add the desired products to the cart and enter the Gift Card code in the appropriate field during checkout.

The value of the Gift Card will automatically be applied toward the order total.

If the order total is less than the available Gift Card balance, the unused balance will remain available on the Gift Card for future purchases.

If the order total is greater than the available Gift Card balance, the Gift Card balance will be applied first and the remaining amount may be paid using another available payment method.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Gift Cards are redeemable toward eligible merchandise sold on The Gears Clock online store.

• Gift Cards may be used over multiple purchases until the full available balance has been redeemed.

• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.

• Discount codes, promotional offers and automatic discounts cannot be applied toward the purchase of Gift Cards unless expressly stated otherwise.

• A discount or promotion applicable to merchandise may be used together with a Gift Card when permitted by the terms of that particular promotion. The Gift Card is then used as a payment method toward the remaining order balance.

• Gift Cards have no expiration date, subject to applicable law.

• There are no inactivity or maintenance fees associated with The Gears Clock Gift Cards.

• Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

• Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Please keep the Gift Card code secure and do not share it with anyone other than the intended recipient.

• The Gears Clock reserves the right to deactivate, cancel or refuse Gift Cards obtained or used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

• Purchases made using a Gift Card remain subject to The Gears Clock's standard Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return Policy and other applicable store policies.
